- 3Confirm your name, role and work email so we can verify ownership.
- 4Once verified, manage everything from your Business Portal.

- Reviewers must confirm a real connection to the business before publishing.
- Reviews are checked for abusive or unsafe language before they go live.
- Businesses can never buy, edit or remove reviews — moderation decisions are ours.
- Every moderation, report and verification decision is recorded in an audit trail.
